Privacy Policy

Soccer League Orlando ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our mobile app, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Payment information	Processing game booking payments	Handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number — only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
Liability waiver signature	Legal requirement before participating in games	Collected and stored by Smartwaiver, our e-signature partner. We store only a confirmation that you signed and the date.
General location text (e.g. "Orlando, FL")	Shown in the app header for context	This is static/display text, not derived from your device's GPS — the app does not request precise location access
Language preference	Displaying the app in your preferred language (English, Portuguese, or Spanish)	Stored on your device only

Third-party services we use

We rely on the following processors to operate the app. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. supabase.com/privacy

Smartwaiver — liability waiver e-signatures. smartwaiver.com/privacy-policy

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
We don't show ads or share your data with advertisers.
We don't access your device's photo library beyond the specific photo you choose to upload when creating a game listing (organizers/admins only).

Your rights

You can:

View and edit your profile information at any time from the Profile tab in the app.
Delete your account by contacting us at the email below — we will delete your profile data and booking history within 30 days.
Request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us below.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking and payment records are retained as required for financial and legal record-keeping purposes even after account deletion, with personal identifiers removed where possible.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
